Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

You don’t like it? Have you changed your mind?

Don't worry. You have up to 14 calendar days from when you receive the order to decide whether to keep it or not. 

There may be several reasons why sometimes after buying a product we want to return it, that is why if you want to make a return we encourage you to contact and tell us what the inconvenience has been so we can address your problem in a more personalized way.

Outlet items and promotions such as Black Friday, have no change or refund.

If after receiving the order you want to return it, here we explain how you can do it.

How to make a return

This is the procedure to follow:


1. Login to your account and select "Order history and details", then select the order.

2. The purchased product will appear and you will have to mark it using the box.

3. Tell us the reason for the return and click the "Make RMA return voucher" button.


Once this process is done, tell us the day and time that is best for you to pick up the package.

The product must be in its original packaging or of similar size.


Once the package is received with the product in perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund.


Refund

Once the merchandise is received, our returns department will review the status of the items. If everything is correct, we will do the refund, discounting the return costs, directly to the credit card with which the payment was made. In case that the payment was made through Paypal, the refund will be made through that payment option. If the order was made by transfer, the user must provide us the account number to do the refund.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items in our warehouse.

If it is the case that the returned item is not in perfect condition, the customer must take over all the appropriate additional costs and the items will not be refunded.

After the return period, returns will not be accepted nor will any money be refunded.

Outlet items and promotions such as Black Friday do not have an exchange or refund of the order amount.

Return charges

The return must be made through the use of our courier service, managing the collection beforehand once we authorize the return. The expenses derived from the return of the product such as tariffs and customs will be borne by the customer.

From the Canary Islands, mainland Spain

and Balearic Islands

* If the deadlines for notifying the return are not fulfilled, the order will not be collected and therefore the amount will not be refunded.

Return - Rest of Europe                                                                       

This is the procedure to follow:

3. Tell us the reason for the return and click the "Make RMA return voucher" button.

The customer must hire a courier service to return the package and bear the costs thereof.

The delivery period must not exceed 14 calendar days from the return confirmation.

Customs charges or fees and packages held in customs are borne by the customer, so it is the customer's responsibility to find out about it before managing the return. If the package enters our country with customs charges we will not be able to manage the collection of the package and therefore we cannot make the payment.

Outlet or clearance items have no change or refund of the order amount.
